Working Principle of Our Mining Used Rock Stone Hammer Mill Crusher
 

The hammer crusher is masterfully crafted with a frame, rotor, support iron, and grate bars. The durable frame, divided into upper and lower parts, is welded from steel plates and features replaceable high manganese steel liners. The rotor, comprising the turn plate, pin shafts, and hammers, is expertly balanced in the main shaft. Driven by a powerful motor, the rotors swiftly rotate in the crushing cavity, with hammers propelled outward by centrifugal force, efficiently reducing large materials entering through the feed inlet into finer particles.

Cleverly engineered, the crusher screens and exits qualified materials through the grate bars' gap while recirculating unqualified materials in the crushing cavity for further pulverization until they meet the desired size. Adjustments to the final product size are easily made by altering the grate bars, with additional customization possible through the gap between the rotors and grate bars, catering to varied requirements.
