Working Principle of PC Mining Used Portable Stone Hammer Crusher

The hammer crusher features a robust structure comprising a frame, rotor, support iron, and grate bars. The frame, made of high-grade steel plates, is split into two parts. Durable manganese steel liners are replaceable when worn. The rotor assembly includes turn plates, pin shafts, and regularly arranged hammers along the main shaft. Driven by a powerful motor, the rotor spins rapidly within the crushing chamber. Hammers extend outward due to centrifugal force, efficiently striking, impacting, cutting, and grinding materials into smaller sizes as they enter through the feed inlet.

Crushed materials that meet quality standards are screened and exit via the grate bar gaps, while larger particles remain for further processing. The final product size is adjustable by modifying the grate bars, and the rotor-to-grate bar gap can be customized to specific requirements.
