Internal structure and Working Principle of Ultrafine vertical roller mill:
This powerhouse is composed of a motor, reduction gear, grinding rollers, grinding plate, pressure-applying device, classifier, mill body, oil station, and electrical system, all working in harmony.
The grinding mechanism is driven by a motor through a reducer. Materials are fed onto the grinding disc and, through centrifugal force, are propelled to the disc's edge, where they are finely crushed by the rollers. Hot air from the nozzle carries these fine powders to an efficient classifier. The air then transports the qualified powder to the collector, while any unqualified powder is rerouted for further grinding.
The innovative Ultrafine vertical roller millis capable of grinding a diverse range of non-flammable and non-explosive materials with Moh's hardness below 7, including quartz, dolomite, feldspar, calcite, talcum, barite, fluorite, iron ore, copper ore, especially adept at processing slag, cement clinker, zircon sand, fly ash, carborundum, coal, and more.
