Internal structure and Working Principle of High Pressure Grinding Mill:

This robust High Pressure Grinding Mill boasts a standard configuration that includes a main unit, reducer, powder classifier, cyclone powder collector, dust cleaner, blower, control cabinet motor, and pipes. For additional versatility, optional accessories such as a crusher, bucket elevator, and feeder can be included to tailor the equipment to your specific needs.

Large materials are initially broken down by a jaw crusher to achieve the required particle sizes. These particles are then transported by a bucket elevator to the storage hopper and fed evenly and continuously by a vibrating feeder into the main unit for grinding. The resulting finely-ground powder is carried by the airflow from the blower to the classifier for classification. Particles meeting the desired fineness enter the cyclone collector through pipes, where they are separated and collected. The finished product is discharged through the discharging valve, while the airflow is drawn back to the blower via a return pipe on top of the cyclone collector. This entire airflow system is a fully sealed circulation, operating under both positive and negative air pressure conditions.
