Our High Pressure Grinding Mill is meticulously configured with a main unit, reducer, powder classifier, cyclone powder collector, dust cleaner, blower, control cabinet motor, and pipes. Elevate your operations with optional accessories such as a crusher, bucket elevator, and feeder.
Begin with crushing large materials to the desired particle size using a jaw crusher. They are then transported by a bucket elevator to a storage hopper, and subsequently fed into the main unit by a vibrating feeder for precision grinding. The finely ground powder is carried by airflow from the blower to the classifier for precise separation. Particles reaching the desired fineness are routed through pipes to the cyclone collector for final separation and collection. Finished products are discharged from the discharging valve. Experience a sealed circulation airflow system, operating under balanced positive and negative air pressure, ensuring efficient operation.
