Working Principle

Large materials are initially crushed by a jaw crusher into required particle sizes. They are then transported via a bucket elevator to the storage hopper. From there, a vibrating feeder ensures they are fed evenly and continuously into the main unit for grinding. The resulting powder is carried by airflow from the blower to the classifier for sorting. Particles that meet the required fineness are directed through a pipe into a cyclone collector, where they are separated and collected. The discharging valve releases them as finished products. The whole airflow system operates as a sealed circulation under both positive and negative air pressure, ensuring efficiency and cleanliness.

• Triple vibrating damping for working stability

Triple damping to resist the vibrating transmit in the main unit base, volute airflow house, unit body, grinding part. Be sure the stable grinding condition.
 

• New type impeller of classifier with VFD

Equipped the new cage type impeller for classifier, adjust the speed freely by VFD, enlarge the output size range to 80-425 mesh.
 

• Grinding device adopts superimposed multistage seal, prolong the lubricating cycle.

The CLRM enhanced roller grinding mill comes standard with a main unit, reducer, powder classifier, cyclone powder collector, dust cleaner, blower, electrical cabinet, and pipes. Optional accessories to enhance functionality include a crusher, bucket elevator, and feeder.
