Large materials are initially crushed by a jaw crusher to the desired particle size, then seamlessly transported by bucket elevator to the storage hopper, ready to be evenly and continuously fed by a vibrating feeder into the main unit for precise grinding. The bevel gear system expertly drives the central shaft, which is connected to a grinding roller hanger equipped with a grinding roller device. This device forms a swinging pivot, rotating around both the central shaft and along the grinding ring, with the grinding roller rotating autonomously due to the friction effect. The grinding roller hanger features a shovel blade at its base, providing a feed mechanism that throws material between the grinding rollers and ring, creating a bedding layer that generates an outward centrifugal force (an extrusion force) through the rotation of the grinding roller, effectively crushing the materials with precision.The finely ground powder is elegantly whisked away by the blower's dynamic airflow, journeying towards the classifier for meticulous classification. Particles that achieve the desired fineness are gracefully transported through the pipe into the cyclone collector, where they are meticulously separated and collected. Emerging from the discharging valve, these materials transform into our premium finished products. The airflow, in its seamless circulation, is drawn back to the blower via the return pipe, positioned atop the cyclone collector.
