Working Principle of PC Mining Used Portable Stone Hammer Crusher

Our hammer crusher is a robust assembly of frame, rotor, support iron, and grate bars. The frame is crafted from high-quality steel plates, creating a durable structure. Internal high-manganese steel liners are easily replaceable. Rotors, equipped with turn plates, pin shafts, and strategically placed hammers, are powered by the motor to swiftly rotate within the crushing chamber, causing the hammers to expand outward due to centrifugal force. As large materials enter the crusher, they are subjected to impact, cutting, and grinding by the high-speed hammers, reducing them to requisite sizes.

The finely crushed materials are filtered and discharged through the grate bar gaps, while larger residues remain for further processing until they meet the desired size. The final product size can be precisely controlled by adjusting the grate bars and the spacing between rotors and grate bars, catering to diverse requirements.
