Working Principle

Drive & Transmission
The motor drives the eccentric shaft via a belt and pulley, causing the movable jaw to move up and down.

Crushing Process
As the movable jaw rises, the angle between it and the bracket increases, pushing the movable jaw plate toward the fixed jaw plate to crush the material.

Discharge Process
When the movable jaw descends, the angle decreases. Assisted by the spring and connecting rods, the movable jaw plate moves away from the fixed jaw plate, allowing crushed material of qualified size to be discharged.

Continuous Operation
The continuous rotation of the motor enables the movable jaw to repeatedly crush and discharge material, achieving mass production.
