Working Principle of Clirik PE Series Jaw Crusher
The motor's power travels through a belt to drive the moving jaw, initiating a rhythmic motion against the fixed jaw, fueled by the eccentric shaft. As the toggle plate angle widens with the moving jaw's ascent, the crushing action begins.

 

When the mobile jaw approaches the fixed jaw, the material is crushed. As the moving jaw descends, the angle narrows, and by the force of the pull rod and spring, it retreats from the fixed jaw, releasing the crushed material from the outlet.
