Internal structure and Working Principle of Ultrafine vertical roller mill:

Engineered with precision, it primarily comprises a motor, reduction gear, grinding rollers, grinding plate, pressure-applying device, classifier, mill body, oil station, and an advanced electrical system.

The grinding disc is driven by a motor through a reducer. Material is fed to the disc from the opening, then propelled to the disc's edge by centrifugal force and pulverized into fine powders by the rollers. Hot air from the nozzle elevates the fine powder to a highly efficient classifier. Qualified powders are collected, while unqualified powders undergo regrinding.
