Working Principle of Hammer Crusher:
At the heart of the PC Hammer Crusher lies a robust design featuring a frame divided expertly into two parts, held steadfast by meticulously welded steel plates. Within this frame, high manganese steel liners stand ready to be swapped out upon wear. The dynamic rotors, composed of a turn plate, pin shafts, and strategically positioned hammers, are driven to rapid rotation within the crushing chamber by the powerful motor, facilitating efficient crushing through sheer centrifugal force.
As substantial materials enter the crusher's feed inlet, they are subjected to intense impact, cutting, and grinding by the high-speed hammers, reducing them to a more manageable size. Materials that meet size criteria exit via the grate bar gaps, while those yet to conform are further processed. Adjusting the grate bars and the rotor-to-bar gap allows for precision sizing of the final product, catering to diverse requirements.
The hammer crusher, with its high-speed rotary hammers, is indispensable across a spectrum of industries including metallurgy, mining, chemistry, cement, construction, refractory materials, and ceramics. It adeptly reduces hard and soft ores like barite, limestone, gypsum, terrazzo, coal, and slag into medium or small-sized fragments, handling over 100 different kinds of materials.
