Working Principle of Hammer Crusher:
The PC Hammer Crusher is ingeniously designed with a robust frame, rotor, support iron, and grate bars. The frame, constructed from steel plates, is divided into upper and lower parts and reinforced with high manganese steel liners for durability. Inside the main shaft, the turn plate, pin shafts, and hammers are strategically arranged to optimize performance. When the motor energizes the rotors, they spin rapidly, propelling the hammers outward due to centrifugal force, ready to tackle any material in its path.
As large materials journey through the feed inlet, they are dynamically engaged, impacted, shredded, and refined by high-speed hammers. The outcome? Perfectly sized materials that pass through the grate bars, while those that don't meet the mark remain for further refinement. Tailor final product size by adjusting grate bars or tweaking the gap between the rotors and grate bars to suit specific needs.
