Working Principle of YGM Series Micro Powder Raymond Mill
The process begins with the crushing of large materials by a jaw crusher to requisite particle sizes. Materials are then conveyed by a bucket elevator to the storage hopper and fed into the main unit by a vibrating feeder, ensuring continuous grinding. The bevel gear precisely drives the central shaft's rotation. Attached to the shaft top is a grinding roller hanger, equipped with a swinging pivot grinding roller device, which rotates around the central shaft as well as along the grinding ring. Enhancing the crushing process, the grinding roller device, fueled by friction, pairs with the grinding rollers and ring to form a bedding layer, creating a centrifugal force that seamlessly crushes materials. The grinding roller's rotation generates an extrusion force, ensuring thorough and efficient material processing.The finely ground powder is elegantly transported by the gentle airflow from the blower to the sophisticated classifier. Here, it is meticulously classified, allowing only the particles that meet the desired fineness to enter the advanced cyclone collector through a precision-engineered pipe. Within this collector, the particles are expertly separated and collected, ready to be discharged at the strategically placed discharging valve, transforming them into high-quality finished products. The entire airflow system operates as a seamless sealed circulation, deftly navigating the realms of positive and negative air pressure to ensure optimal efficiency and performance.
