Internal structure and Working Principle of Ultrafine vertical roller mill:

This engineering marvel consists of a motor, reduction gear, grinding rollers, grinding plate, pressure-applying device, classifier, mill body, oil station, and electrical system, all harmoniously integrated.

Powered by a motor-driven grinding disc, materials descend through the feed opening to the disc. Centrifugal force guides them to the edge, where rollers finely crush them. Hot air propels the resulting fine powder to a high-efficiency classifier, then onto the powder collector. Unqualified powder is recycled for further refinement, ensuring perfect results.

The Ultrafine vertical roller millis adept at grinding non-flammable and non-explosive materials with Moh's hardness below 7, including quartz, dolomite, feldspar, calcite, talcum, barite, fluorite, iron ore, copper ore, quartz, and excels with slag, cement clinker, zircon sand, fly ash, carborundum, coal, and others.
