Innovative Working Principle of the PEX Jaw Crusher:
The PEX Jaw Crusher operates on a moving and squeezing motion. Here's how it works: The jaw crusher is powered by a motor. Through the motor's wheels, the eccentric shaft is driven by a triangle belt and slot wheel, setting the movable jaw plate in motion along a regulated track. This motion crushes materials in the crushing cavity formed by the fixed jaw plate, movable jaw plate, and side-lee board, which are then discharged through the opening.
The PEX Jaw Crusher series boasts a large crushing ratio, consistent product size, streamlined design, reliable functionality, easy upkeep, and cost-efficiency. It's widely adopted in stone mining, metallurgy, building materials, highways, railways, water conservancy, and chemical industries, capable of crushing materials with compression resistance under 320MPa.
