Working Principle of HGM Ultra Fine Grinding Mill

The HGM series micro powder grinding mill represents a masterfully crafted assembly, featuring a main unit, classifier, powder collector, dust cleaner, blower, muffler, sound-proof room, crusher, bucket elevator, storage hopper, and vibrating feeder.

Initially, larger material chunks are expertly diminished by the hammer crusher into smaller pieces. These are then efficiently conveyed to the storage hopper via an elevator, followed by precise distribution to the upper distribution plate of the turn plate through a vibrating feeder and sloping feeding pipe.

Once in operation, the electromotor seamlessly energizes the main bearing and each dial via a reducer, initiating all grinding rollersinto synchronized motion within the ring channels, driven by the dial through plungers. Centrifugal force dynamically urges materials towards the edge of the turn plate and into the grinding chamberswhere they are subjected to continuous pressing, crushing, and grinding by the rollers, transforming the materials into micro powder.

The high-pressure air blowerintroduces a vital stream of air into the grinding mill, and this airflowtransports the crushed materials to a classifier, where the high-speed impellermeticulously screens the airflow: Unqualified particles are efficiently cycled back to the mill for further grinding, while qualified particles are seamlessly combined with the air, moving into the cyclone powder collector.The majority of qualified powders gracefully descend and exit through the discharging valvelocated at the bottom. A minor fraction of the finest powders accompanies the airflow to the dust cleaner, adhering to filter bags. These then descend due to the sudden vibration from high-pressure gas emitted by the pulse valve, ensuring efficient material packing. The filtered clean air is eventually discharged through the muffler air outlet.
