Working Principle

The HGM series micro powder grinding mill integrates main unit, classifier, powder collector, dust cleaner, blower, muffler, sound-proof room, crusher, bucket elevator, storage hopper, and vibrating feeder into a seamless operation.

Utilizing a hammer crusher, it reduces large materials to smaller, manageable sizes, then transports them to the storage hopper via an elevator. From there, they are evenly distributed to the upper distribution plate of the turn plate through a vibrating feeder and sloping feeding pipe.

During operation, the primary bearing and each dial are driven by the main equipment's electromotor through a reducer, enabling the grinding rollers to perform with precision. These rollers navigate the ring channels propelled by the dial through plungers, enabling materials to move towards the turn plate's edge by centrifugal force, descending into the grinding chambers. Here, materials undergo repeated pressing, crushing, and grinding by the rollers, eventually reducing to fine micro powder. This continuous process ensures a consistent and fine powder output.

The high-pressure air blower incessantly draws air through the grinding mill, where the resulting airflow carries the crushed materials to the classifier. The high-speed impeller of the classifier screens the airflow meticulously. Particles not meeting size criteria return for regrinding while those that qualify accompany the air into the cyclone powder collector. Most qualified powders descend to exit via the discharging valve at the base, while a fraction of fine powders, propelled by the airflow, proceed to the dust cleaner. These adhere to filter bags and detach upon sudden vibrations caused by high-pressure gas pulses controlled by the pulse valve. Ultimately, materials from both sources are conveyed to produce finished powders ready for packaging. Filtered air exits through the muffler's outlet.
