Internal structure and Working Principle of High Pressure Grinding Mill:
Our High-Pressure Grinding Mill boasts a sophisticated setup featuring a main unit, reducer, powder classifier, cyclone powder collector, dust cleaner, blower, control cabinet motor, and an array of pipes. Enhance your operations with optional accessories like crushers, bucket elevators, and feeders to customize your grinding process.
Large materials are initially crushed by a jaw crusher into the required particle sizes, then conveyed by a bucket elevator to a storage hopper. A vibrating feeder ensures they are fed evenly and continuously into the main unit for grinding. The finely ground powder is transported by blower-induced airflow to a classifier. Particles meeting the desired fineness are directed through pipes to a cyclone collector, where they are separated and collected. The finished product is discharged via a valve, while airflow is circulated back to the blower through a return pipe atop the cyclone collector, maintaining a sealed and efficient circulation system with positive and negative air pressure.
