The Impact Crusher is primarily designed to crush various mining stones, handling materials with a maximum compression resistance of 320Mpa. It is widely adopted in mining, metallurgy, construction, highways, railways, and chemical industries, efficiently reducing materials to medium and fine sizes.
Working Principle
Our Impact Crusher employs the striking energy method to crush material for optimal results.
1.During operation, the motor propels the rotor to spin at high speed, with a strategically positioned blow bar.
2.As material enters the blow bar's effective area, it is struck and propelled towards impact devices surrounding the rotor.
3.The high-speed impact causes the material to rebound from the liner back into the blow bar's influence until appropriately sized for output.
4.Adjust the clearance between the impact rack and rotor to tailor the size and shape of the final product.
