Working Principle of Ultra Fine Grinding Mill

During operation, the grinding mill's rollers exert pressure and rotational movement within the ring, propelling materials to the turnplate's edge via centrifugal force, where they undergo continuous pressing, crushing, and grinding.

Our high-pressure air blower engages airflow, transporting crushed materials to a finely-tuned classifier. Here, precise screening separates unqualified particles for regrinding while qualified ones proceed to the cyclone powder collector. Most powders descend through the discharge valve, while finer particles, carried by airflow, adhere to filter bags. High-pressure gas pulses ensure their release for final packaging, while filtered air exits through the muffler outlet.
