Working Principle of the Industry Raymond Mill
Large materials are initially crushed by a jaw crusher to desired sizes, transported by a bucket elevator to a storage hopper, and subsequently fed evenly and continuously into the main unit for grinding via a vibrating feeder. Driven by the bevel gear, the central shaft rotates with the top of the shaft connected to a grinding roller hanger. The grinding roller device, mounted on this hanger, pivots around the central shaft and along the grinding ring, with the roller rotating independently due to friction. At the bottom of the roller, a shovel blade is installed, which, along with the grinding roller, elevates and feeds materials between the rollers and ring. As they rotate mutually, a bedding layer forms, creating an outward centrifugal force (an extrusion force) through the rotation of the grinding roller to efficiently crush the materials.Experience an unparalleled grinding process with our Heavy Duty Grinding Mill for Mining, where the grinded powder seamlessly journeys via the airflow from the blower to the classifier.
