Working Principle of HGM Ultra Fine Grinding Mill

The HGM series micro powder grinding mill comprises an advanced assembly of main unit, classifier, powder collector, dust cleaner, blower, muffler, sound-proof room, crusher, bucket elevator, storage hopper, and vibrating feeder, ensuring extraordinary performance and reliability.

Initially, large materials are crushed by the hammer crusher, transforming into smaller particles that ascend to the storage hopper via an elevator. Subsequently, these are meticulously guided to the upper distribution plate by a vibrating feeder and angled feeding pipe.

In operation, the grinding mill's main bearing and each dial are propelled by the electromotor of the main equipment through a reducer, orchestrating the synchronized rolling of all grinding rollers across the ring channels, powered by the dial through a plunger. The centrifugal force meticulously moves materials to the edge of the turn plate, directing them into the grinding chambers where materials undergo repeated pressing, crushing, and grinding by the rollers. This process creates multiple material layers that are continuously refined into micro powder. continuously to micro powder.

The high-pressure air blower consistently draws air into the grinding mill, perpetuating a continuous airflow carrying crushed materials toward the classifier, where the high-speed impeller executes an impeccable screening of the airflow: Unqualified particles cascade back to the mill for further grinding, while qualified particles, suspended in the air, proceed to the cyclone powder collector. A majority of these qualified powders descend and are discharged through the bottom valve, while a small portion of fine powders, intermingled with airflow, journey to the dust cleaner, adhering to the filter bags. An instantaneous vibration, triggered by high-pressure gas from the pulse valve, liberates these powders, which then collect at the bottom for packaging. Lastly, the air, freshly filtered, is released from the muffler's air outlet.
