The Raymond mill is a powerhouse in the grinding equipment sector, extensively utilized in mines, cement, and chemical industries. Working Principle of YGM Series Micro Powder Raymond Mill
Large materials are initially crushed by a jaw crusher to the desired particle sizes. They are then transported by a bucket elevator to the storage hopper, from where they are fed evenly and continuously by a vibrating feeder into the main grinding unit. The bevel gear drives the central shaft to rotate, connecting the shaft top to a grinding roller hanger. This assembly forms a swinging pivot, where the grinding roller device not only revolves around the central shaft but also rotates along the grinding ring, with the roller itself rotating due to friction. The grinding roller hanger, equipped with a strategically placed shovel blade at the bottom of the roller, combines with the grinding roller to lift and propel the material between the rollers and ring during their mutual rotation, forming a bedding layer. This creates an outward centrifugal force (an extrusion force) through the rotation of the grinding roller, effectively crushing the materials with precision and efficiency.Experience seamless efficiency with our Advanced Glass Recycling Mill. The finely ground powder is effortlessly transported by airflow from the blower to the classifier, where it undergoes precise classification. Only particles meeting the required fineness continue their journey to the cyclone collector via a pipeline, where they are expertly separated and collected. The sophisticated airflow system operates as a sealed circulation, expertly maintaining both positive and negative air pressure for optimal performance.
