Internal structure and Working Principle of High Pressure Grinding Mill:

Our High Pressure Grinding Mill's robust configuration includes a main unit, reducer, sophisticated powder classifier, efficient cyclone powder collector, dust cleaner, powerful blower, control cabinet motor, and integral pipes. Enhance your setup with optional crusher, bucket elevator, and feeder for a seamless operation.

Begin with large materials, expertly crushed to precise sizes by the jaw crusher. Elevate them to the storage hopper via the bucket elevator, and transfer evenly and continuously to the main unit using a vibrating feeder for grinding. The finely grinded powder journeys with the blower's airflow to the classifier, where particles attaining the required fineness enter the cyclone collector for separation and collection. These are then discharged as finished products. The return pipe at the cyclone's top circulates the airflow back to the blower, maintaining a sealed airflow system under balanced positive and negative pressures.
