Internal structure and Working Principle of High Pressure Grinding Mill:
The standard configuration of High Pressure Grinding Mill includes the main unit, reducer, powder classifier, cyclone powder collector, dust cleaner, blower, control cabinet motor, and essential pipes. Optional accessories like crusher, bucket elevator, and feeder can be added to enhance functionality.
Large materials are initially broken down by the jaw crusher to achieve the necessary particle size. These are then transported via a bucket elevator to a storage hopper. From here, a vibrating feeder ensures they are evenly and continuously fed into the main grinding unit. Once processed, the powder is carried by the blower's airflow to the classifier for grading. Particles achieving the desired fineness are transported through pipes to a cyclone collector for separation and collection. The final product is discharged through a valve, while the circulating airflow is managed by a sealed system that operates under both positive and negative pressure conditions to maintain efficiency.
