Internal structure and Working Principle of High Pressure Grinding Mill:
Our High Pressure Grinding Mill is innovatively designed with a main unit, reducer, powder classifier, cyclone powder collector, dust cleaner, blower, control cabinet motor, and pipes, with optional crusher, bucket elevator, and feeder for enhanced functionality.
Larger materials are initially crushed by the jaw crusher to required dimensions. Using a bucket elevator, they are transferred to the storage hopper, then uniformly fed into the main grinding unit by a vibrating feeder. The finely ground powder is carried through the airflow from the blower to the classifier for separation; qualified particles proceed to the cyclone collector and are discharged as finished products. The sealed airflow system operates under both positive and negative pressures, ensuring a smooth and efficient cycle.
