Internal structure and Working Principle of Ultrafine vertical roller mill:
This powerhouse comprises a motor, reduction gear, grinding rollers, grinding plate, pressure-applying device, classifier, mill body, oil station, and electrical system, orchestrating a symphony of efficiency.
The grinding disc is energized by a motor through a reducer. Materials descend onto the grinding disc from the feed opening, then propelled to the disc's edge by centrifugal force, where they're transformed into fine powders by the rollers. Subsequently, these fine particles are whisked away by hot air from the nozzle to a high-efficiency classifier. Only the finest powders are collected by the air to the powder collector, while others rejoin the grinding process for perfection.
Ultrafine vertical roller millengineers precision grinding for non-flammable and non-explosive materials below a Moh's hardness of 7, encompassing quartz, dolomite, feldspar, calcite, talcum, barite, fluorite, iron ore, copper ore, quartz, and especially excels with slag, cement clinker, zircon sand, fly ash, carborundum, coal, and beyond.
