Working Principle

The process begins with large materials being crushed by a jaw crusher to reach the desired particle size. These are then transported by a bucket elevator to a storage hopper. A vibrating feeder delivers them evenly into the main grinding unit. The resultant fine powder is whisked away by blower airflow to a classifier for segregation. Particles meeting fineness criteria proceed to the cyclone collector via piping and are duly separated and collected. The finished product is released at the discharge valve, while airflow is recycled back to the blower, maintaining a sealed circulation system under varying air pressure conditions.

Triple damping to resist the vibrating transmit in the main unit base, volute airflow house, unit body, grinding part. Be sure the stable grinding condition.
 

• New type impeller of classifier with VFD

Equipped the new cage type impeller for classifier, adjust the speed freely by VFD, enlarge the output size range to 80-425 mesh.
 

• Grinding device adopts superimposed multistage seal, prolong the lubricating cycle.
