Working Principle of HGM Micro Powder Grinding Mill
The HGM series micro powder grinding mill is a marvel of modern engineering, comprising a sophisticated ensemble of components including the main unit, classifier, powder collector, dust cleaner, blower, muffler, sound-proof room, crusher, bucket elevator, storage hopper, and vibrating feeder. This harmonious assembly ensures efficient grinding processes.
In this intricate system, once materials are crushed by the hammer crusher into manageable sizes, they are seamlessly transferred to a storage hopper via the elevator. From there, they are meticulously distributed to the upper distribution plate of the turn plate, ushered by a vibrating feeder and a strategically angled feeding pipe, ensuring precise and even distribution for optimal processing.
During the grinding operation, the main bearing and each dial are meticulously powered by the electromotor of the main equipment through a reducer, ensuring that all grinding rollers are aligned and function in perfect synchrony. These grinding rollers elegantly roll within the ring channels, driven efficiently by the dial through a robust plunger mechanism. Materials are gently yet forcefully propelled to the edge of the turn plate by centrifugal forces, descending into the grinding chambers. Within the grinding chambers, the materials undergo a rigorous process of being pressed, crushed, and finely grinded by the rollers. They dynamically cascade through multiple layers, achieving a thorough and consistent grind to form micro powder. This intricate process continues seamlessly, transforming raw materials into finely milled micro powder.
The powerful high-pressure air blower is a crucial component, constantly generating airflow within the grinding mill. This airflow efficiently carries crushed materials, guiding them towards the classifier, where the high-speed impeller expertly screens the airflow. In this meticulous screening process, particles that do not meet the required size are redirected to the mill for regrinding, while those that qualify glide smoothly with the air into the cyclone powder collector, ensuring consistent product quality. A significant portion of these qualified powders gracefully descends and exits via the discharging valve located at the bottom. Meanwhile, a minor fraction of fine powders, carried by the airflow, advances to the dust cleaner, adhering to the surface of filter bags. Through a sudden pulse of high-pressure gas, controlled by the pulse valve, these fine powders dislodge and descend, ready for collection. The result is finished powders, neatly packaged by conveyors, while filtered clean air is released from the muffler's air outlet, ensuring a clean process environment.
