Operation Process

Working Principle:

 1. Feeding: Materials enter the grinding area through the feed inlet, with optional turbo or pin-type grinding system.
 
 2. Grinding: High-speed rotating grinding media shear, impact and friction materials for refinement.
 
 3. Filtration: Wedge filter intercepts grinding media and coarse particles to ensure uniform discharge.
 
 4. Circulation: Unqualified materials flow back for re-grinding until reaching the required particle size before discharge.
