Internal structure and Working Principle of High Pressure Grinding Mill:
The High Pressure Grinding Mill's sophisticated design incorporates a main unit, reducer, powder classifier, cyclone powder collector, dust cleaner, blower, control cabinet motor, and pipes. For enhanced performance, optional accessories such as crushers, bucket elevators, and feeders can be added to the setup.
With precision engineering, large materials are meticulously crushed by the jaw crusher to desired particle sizes, then efficiently transported via bucket elevator to the storage hopper. They are uniformly fed by a vibrating feeder into the main unit for grinding. The resultant powder is expertly classified by the airflow from the blower, with particles meeting the required fineness entering the cyclone collector, where they are collected and discharged as finished products. The system ensures a sealed airflow circulation under positive and negative pressure, maintaining optimal efficiency.
