Working Principle of HGM Micro Powder Grinding Mill

The HGM series micro powder grinding mill is an engineering marvel, meticulously crafted to include a main unit, classifier, powder collector, dust cleaner, blower, muffler, sound-proof room, crusher, bucket elevator, storage hopper, and a sophisticated vibrating feeder, all working in harmonious unison.
 
Once the hammer crusher has expertly transformed the large materials into smaller, manageable pieces, they are transported to the storage hopper via the elevator. From there, a precise vibrating feeder and sloping feeding pipe ensure an even distribution to the upper distribution plate of the turn plate.
As the grinding mill engages, the main bearing and each dial are seamlessly driven by an electromotor, orchestrating a flawless synchronization through a reducer. The grinding rollers join this symphony in the ring channels, driven effortlessly by the dial through the plunger. The centrifugal force adeptly guides the materials to the turn plate's edge, cascading them into the grinding chambers where they undergo a rigorous process of repeated pressing, crushing, and grinding by the rollers. The materials descend into multiple layers to be refined and ground continuously, achieving a state of micro powder purity.

The high-pressure air blower, operates tirelessly, inhaling air within the grinding mill. This action propels an ingenious airflow, laden with crushed materials, towards the classifier, where a high-speed impeller, precisely sifts the airflow: ensuring that particles not meeting the quality standards fall back for another round of grinding, while those that meet the criteria journey onward with the air to the cyclone powder collector. Here, most qualified powders gracefully descend and exit through the discharging valve, while a select few fine powders, carried by the airflow, find their way to the dust cleaner. These powders adhere to the filter bags' surface, only to be released by the sudden vibration caused by the pulse valve's high-pressure gas ejection. This dual collection process results in finished powders ready for packaging, as the filtered, pristine air exits through the muffler's air outlet.
