Internal Structure and Working Principle of High Pressure Grinding Mill:
The High Pressure Grinding Mill features a comprehensive set-up, including a main unit, reducer, powder classifier, cyclone powder collector, dust cleaner, blower, control cabinet motor, and pipes. Additional options consist of a crusher, bucket elevator, and feeder.
In our system, large materials are initially crushed by the jaw crusher to the requisite particle size. They are then efficiently transported via a bucket elevator to a storage hopper. From there, a vibrating feeder consistently feeds them into the main grinding unit. The finely ground powder is carried by the airflow from the blower to the classifier. Particles meeting the desired fineness are directed into a cyclone collector for separation and collection. The finished products are discharged via a discharging valve. Meanwhile, the airflow is recycled back to the blower through a return pipe, maintaining a sealed circulation under alternating air pressure.
