Working Principle

The hammer crusher comprises a sturdy frame, rotor, support iron, and grate bars. The frame is a robust construction of welded steel plates, divided into upper and lower parts. High manganese steel liners, easily replaceable upon wear, line the interior. Rotors, featuring turn plates, pin shafts, and strategically grouped hammers, rotate swiftly in the crushing chamber. Driven by a motor, the rotors generate centrifugal force, propelling hammers outward to strike, impact, cut, and grind large materials from the feed inlet into smaller sizes.

Crushed materials meeting specifications are screened and exit through the grate bars. Materials not meeting the criteria remain in the chamber for additional hammering and grinding to achieve the desired size. Adjustability is key; the final product size can be modified by altering the grate bars' gap, as well as the space between the rotors and grate bars, tailored to precise requirements.
