Internal structure and Working Principle of High Pressure Grinding Mill:
The High Pressure Grinding Mill is meticulously designed with a standard configuration that includes the main unit, reducer, powder classifier, cyclone powder collector, dust cleaner, blower, control cabinet motor, and pipes. For enhanced performance, optional accessories like crusher, bucket elevator, and feeder can be incorporated.
In our efficient grinding process, large materials are expertly crushed by the jaw crusher to required particle sizes. These particles are then transported by a bucket elevator to the storage hopper and are consistently fed into the main unit by a vibrating feeder for a seamless grinding operation. The finely ground powder is carried by airflow from the blower to the classifier, ensuring particles meeting fineness criteria proceed to the cyclone collector for separation and collection. Finished products are discharged with precision at the discharging valve, while the comprehensive airflow system operates in a sealed circulation under controlled air pressure.
