Internal structure and Working Principle of High Pressure Grinding Mill:
The High Pressure Grinding Mill's state-of-the-art configuration features a main unit, reducer, powder classifier, cyclone powder collector, dust cleaner, blower, control cabinet motor, and essential piping. For added flexibility, optional accessories such as a crusher, bucket elevator, and feeder can be integrated.
Large materials begin their transformation journey being expertly crushed by the jaw crusher to the ideal particle size. Then, they are seamlessly transported by the bucket elevator to the storage hopper. From here, they are evenly and continuously fed into the main unit by the vibrating feeder for meticulous grinding. The finely ground powder is carried via airflow from the blower to the precision classifier. Once classified, particles meeting the desired fineness are directed through pipes to the cyclone collector, where they are adeptly separated, collected, and discharged through the valve as perfected finished products. The airflow continues its circulation, being drawn back to the blower through the return pipe atop the cyclone collector, ensuring a completely sealed and balanced airflow system operating under both positive and negative pressures.
