Internal structure and Working Principle of Ultrafine vertical roller mill:
Our Ultrafine Vertical Roller Mill is meticulously designed with key components such as the motor, reduction gear, grinding rollers, grinding plate, pressure-applying device, classifier, mill body, oil station, and electrical system, ensuring efficient and smooth operation.
The grinding disc is powered by a motor through a reducer, allowing materials to drop onto the disc from the feed opening. These materials are propelled to the disc's edge by centrifugal force, where they are meticulously crushed into fine powders by the rollers. Subsequently, a stream of hot air from the nozzle transports the fine powder to a highly efficient classifier. Only the qualified powder is guided by the air to the powder collector for collection, while any unqualified powder is sent back for regrinding, ensuring optimal quality and precision.
Ultrafine vertical roller millThis powerhouse of a mill can effortlessly process non-flammable and non-explosive materials with a Moh's hardness of up to 7, including quartz, dolomite, feldspar, calcite, talc, barite, fluorite, iron ore, copper ore, and quartz. It's especially adept at handling challenging materials like slag, cement clinker, zircon sand, fly ash, carborundum, coal, and more.
