Internal structure and Working Principle of High Pressure Grinding Mill:
Standardly equipped with a main unit, reducer, powder classifier, cyclone powder collector, dust cleaner, blower, control cabinet motor, and pipes, the High Pressure Grinding Mill is an epitome of precision engineering. Optional extras include a crusher, bucket elevator, and feeder to enhance its already robust functionality.
Large materials are first crushed to the desired particle size by a jaw crusher and then transported by a bucket elevator to the storage hopper. Through a vibrating feeder, they are fed steadily into the main unit for grinding. The resulting powder is whisked away by the blower's airflow to the classifier for grading. Particles that meet the desired fineness enter the cyclone collector, where they are separated and collected as finished products. Meanwhile, airflow is recirculated back to the blower, ensuring a sealed system that operates under balanced air pressures.
