Internal structure and Working Principle of High Pressure Grinding Mill:

The High Pressure Grinding Mill features a sophisticated assembly of main unit, reducer, powder classifier, cyclone powder collector, dust cleaner, blower, and control cabinet motor, connected via a network of pipes. Optional enhancements include a crusher, bucket elevator, and feeder for increased efficiency.

Large materials are initially reduced by a jaw crusher to ideal sizes. They are then transferred by a bucket elevator to a storage hopper, from where they are uniformly fed into the main grinding unit by a vibrating feeder. The fine powder produced is conveyed via airflow from the blower to the classifier for refinement. Particles meeting fineness criteria are siphoned into a cyclone collector and discharged as finished products. The innovative closed-loop airflow system operates under varying pressure, maintaining seamless circulation.
