Product Description

The Hammer crusher is ingeniously engineered to crush an array of rocks and stones, such as limestone, calcite, barite, dolomite, potassium feldspar, marble, talcum, gypsum, kaolin, bentonite, medical stone, rock phosphate, manganese ore, quartz, active carbon, and glass etc., with a comprehensive strength not surpassing 320 MPa, reducing them into fine coarse powder and petite particles.

This versatile machine is extensively employed in metallurgy, mining, chemical, cement, coal, sand-making, coal gangue, construction, refractory materials, and ceramic industries.

Working Principle

The Hammer crusher comprises a well-structured frame, rotor, support iron, and grate bars. The robust frame is bifurcated into upper and lower sections, meticulously welded from steel plates. Liners crafted from high manganese steel fortify the frame, easily replaceable upon wear. The rotors boast a turn plate, pin shafts, and hammers, systematically grouped along the main shaft. Driven by the motor, the rotors spin rapidly within the crushing cavity, with hammers flaring outward due to centrifugal force. Incoming large materials are attacked, impacted, sliced, and ground into smaller dimensions by the high-speed hammers.

Materials meeting the criteria are efficiently screened and discharged through the grate bar gaps, while those not meeting the standards remain in the crushing cavity for further hammering and grinding until the required size is achieved. Tailor the size of the final product by altering the grate bars. Adjust the gap between rotors and grate bars according to specific demands.
