Internal structure and Working Principle of High Pressure Grinding Mill:
The robust and efficient standard configuration of the High Pressure Grinding Mill includes the main unit, reducer, powder classifier, cyclone powder collector, dust cleaner, blower, control cabinet motor, and pipes, ensuring optimal performance. Additionally, optional accessories such as a crusher, bucket elevator, and feeder can be integrated for enhanced functionality.
Large materials are initially crushed by a jaw crusher to achieve the desired particle sizes and are then transported by a bucket elevator to the storage hopper. From there, they are evenly fed by a vibrating feeder into the main unit for precise grinding. The finely ground powder is carried by the airflow from the blower to the classifier for grading. Particles meeting the requisite fineness enter the cyclone collector through a pipe where they are separated and collected. These are then discharged through the discharging valve as finished products. The entire airflow system is a sealed loop, operating under both positive and negative air pressure to ensure efficiency and minimal environmental impact.
