Working Principle of Hammer Crusher:
The PC Hammer Crusher is a meticulously engineered machine composed of a robust frame, dynamic rotor, support iron, and precise grate bars. Its structure is divided into two parts, the upper and lower, both crafted from high-quality steel plates. The interiors feature interchangeable liners made from durable high manganese steels. The rotating mechanisms include a turn plate, pin shafts, and a series of strategically arranged hammers along the main shaft. Driven by a powerful motor, these rotors spin rapidly, propelling the hammers outward through centrifugal force, ensuring efficient crushing within the cavity.
Large materials fed into the crusher are subjected to a high-speed hammering process, where they are struck, impacted, cut, and ground into smaller sizes. Qualified materials pass through and are discharged via the grate bars' gaps, while those not meeting standards remain in the cavity for further processing. The final product's granularity is adjustable by altering the grate bars, allowing for precise control over output size.
The Hammer Crusher is an advanced solution for high-speed rotary hammer crushing, particularly valuable in the metallurgy, mining, chemistry, cement, construction, refractory, and ceramics industries. It adeptly reduces hard and soft ores into medium or fine sizes, processing materials such as barite, limestone, gypsum, terrazzo, coal, slag, and beyond, fitting over 100 different types.
