Working Principle of HGM Ultra Fine Grinding Mill

The HGM series micro powder grinding mill is comprised of essential components: the main unit, classifier, powder collector, dust cleaner, blower, muffler, sound-proof room, crusher, bucket elevator, storage hopper, and vibrating feeder, all working in harmony.

Large materials are initially crushed by a hammer crusher, then the reduced materials are lifted to a storage hopper by an elevator. From there, they are meticulously fed to the upper distribution plate of the turn plate via a vibrating feeder and sloping feeding pipe.

During operation, the main bearing and each dial are powered by the main equipment's electromotor through a reducer, ensuring all grinding rollers operate smoothly in the ring channels, driven by the dial through plungers. The material movement is directed to the turn plate's edge by centrifugal force, leading them into the grinding chambers where relentless pressing, crushing, and grinding occur, transforming materials into micro powder through continuous processing. continuously to micro powder.

The high-pressure air blower ensures a constant airflow within the grinding mill, carrying the crushed materials. The airflow, laden with materials, is driven to the classifier where a high-speed impeller efficiently screens the airflow: Unqualified particles return to the mill for further grinding, while qualified particles, mixed with air, proceed to the cyclone powder collector. Most qualified powders descend and exit through the discharging valve at the bottom. A minor fraction of fine powders, carried by airflow, reaches the dust cleaner and adheres to filter bags. The fine powders are dislodged by a sudden vibration from the filter bags, triggered by high-pressure gas from the pulse valve, ensuring precise collection and packing of finished powders. Filtered clean air is released from the muffler's air outlet.
