Working Principle of the Ultra Fine Grinding Mill
As the grinding mill operates, the synchronized rotation of rollers within the ring drives materials to the turnplate's edge. Leveraging centrifugal force, materials descend into grinding chambers where they are meticulously pressed, crushed, and grinded by the rollers.
The high-pressure air blower continuously inhales air into the grinding mill. Within, the airflow, containing crushed materials, is directed to the classifier. Here, the high-speed impeller screens the airflow: particles not meeting size criteria are recirculated for further grinding. Meanwhile, particles of the right size blend with air, progressing to the cyclone powder collector. The majority of these particles descend and exit via the discharging valve; a fraction, carried by airflow, reaches the dust cleaner. They adhere to filter bag surfaces and, through sudden vibration caused by pulse valve-controlled gas ejection, these powders dislodge and fall. This dual collection system ensures finished powders are conveyed and packed, while filtered air exits through the muffler's outlet.
