Our hammer crusher is an engineering marvel, comprised of a meticulously crafted frame, robust rotor, support iron, and durable grate bars. The frame, forged from premium steel plates, is fortified with high manganese steel liners that are easily replaceable. The rotor, a masterpiece of engineering, consists of a turn plate, pin shafts, and hammers, perfectly balanced on the main shaft. Driven by a powerful motor, the rotors spin rapidly within the crushing cavity, projecting the hammers outward due to centrifugal force. As large materials enter the crusher, they are subjected to a high-velocity collision, impact, cutting, and grinding, reducing them to a remarkably small size.

Only the finest crushed materials are filtered out and discharged through the grate bars, while larger, unqualified pieces remain in the crushing chamber for further processing. The grate bars' interval can be adjusted to customize the final product's size, catering to any specific requirement.
