Working Principle of Hammer Crusher:
At the heart of our PC Hammer Crusher lies a suite of robust components: frame, rotor, support iron, and precise grate bars. The frame's upper and lower sections, expertly welded from durable steel plates, house replaceable high-manganese steel liners. The rotor, a marvel of engineering, comprises a meticulously arranged turn plate, pin shafts, and hammers on the main shaft. As the motor whirls the rotors in the crushing cavity, centrifugal forces propel the hammers outward with remarkable velocity.
Large materials, entering via the feed inlet, are subjected to a rigorous transformation process. Struck by high-speed hammers, they are crushed, impacted, cut, and ground into smaller sizes. Only particles meeting the grade pass through the grate bars. Those that don't are re-hammered until they comply with standards. Achieving the desired final product size is a breeze by simply adjusting the grate bars' gap. This flexibility ensures the crusher meets diverse project requirements with precision.
