Internal structure and Working Principle of High Pressure Grinding Mill:
The High Pressure Grinding Mill's standard configuration includes the main unit, reducer, powder classifier, cyclone powder collector, dust cleaner, blower, control cabinet motor, and pipes. Optional enhancements can feature a crusher, bucket elevator, and feeder, providing tailored flexibility.
Large materials are first crushed by the jaw crusher to achieve the required particle size, then transported via the bucket elevator to the storage hopper. They are subsequently fed consistently by a vibrating feeder into the main unit for efficient grinding. The finely processed powder travels with the airflow from the blower to the classifier for sorting; particles meeting fineness criteria continue to the cyclone collector for separation and collection. Finished products are released at the discharging valve. The airflow system is a continuous sealed circulation operating under both positive and negative air pressure for optimal performance.
