Working Principle of Clirik PE Series Jaw Crusher
Driven by a motor through a belt, the moving jaw engages in periodic motion towards a fixed jaw via the eccentric shaft. This innovative design enhances the angle between the toggle plate and moving jaw plate as the mobile jaw advances.

 

As the mobile jaw approaches the fixed counterpart, the material is crushed. When the moving jaw retracts, the angle decreases, allowing the moving jaw to retreat from the fixed jaw, aided by a pulling rod and spring, and the final crushed product is discharged with ease from the outlet.
