Working Principle of Hammer Crusher:
The PC Hammer Crusher is ingeniously designed with a robust frame, rotor, support iron, and grate bars. The frame splits into an upper and lower section, artfully welded from durable steel plates. High-manganese steel liners fortify the frame, easily replaceable once worn. The rotor is a masterpiece of engineering, comprised of a turn plate, pin shafts, and hammers meticulously arranged along the main shaft. The powerful motor energizes the rotors, creating a whirlwind of motion in the crushing cavity, as hammers radiate outward from the centrifugal force of rotor rotation.
Upon entry through the feed inlet, large materials are swiftly stricken, impacted, cut, and ground to a smaller dimension by the rapid hammers. Those meeting the size criteria are screened and exit smoothly through the grate bars' gap. Meanwhile, any material not meeting the size standard remains in the cavity for further processing until it complies. Adjusting the grate bars alters the final product size, while the rotor-grate bar gap can be tailored to specific requirements.
